New Members Meeting with Seed St. Louis Young Friends Board

Join Seed St Louis Young Friends!

This meeting is for anyone who has recently joined or is thinking about becoming a part of Seed St Louis Young Friends. Come learn how you can get involved in event planning, garden volunteering, and awareness-raising that supports Seed’s mission of empowering people and communities to grow food.

To create relationships and lasting bonds with those in the 22-40 range to build interest and passion for the work of Seed St. Louis.

For the Board as a Whole:

• Create multiple small social and fundraising events each year.
• Volunteer at Seed St. Louis garden installations and other social events.
• Provide other help as needed to Seed St. Louis staff.

For Individual Board Members:

• Attend at least 6 meetings per calendar year
• Volunteer at at least 3 events per year
• Attend and work the social and fundraising events
• Be an advocate for Seed St. Louis among friends, colleagues, and other affiliations

• Networking opportunities with like-minded individuals, the Seed St. Louis Board, and Advisory Council.
• Listing on the Seed St. Louis website
